Geeks on Call Background

Geeks on Call was established in 2002 by father and son team, Jurgen and Aaron Kernbach, to cater for a rapidly growing customer need for quality IT support for businesses. The pair launched Geeks on Call in Adelaide and successfully built the business using best practice business strategies and processes.

Knowing that the need for quality IT support wasn’t just confined to their backyard, Jurgen and Aaron began to think of ways of expanding Geeks on Call. With the benefits of an already solid brand and strong business practices behind them, Geeks on Call franchises commenced in 2004. With the support of the entire Geeks on Call team, the business has quickly grown, with more than 20 franchisees and locations in Adelaide, Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

The exceptional service Geeks on Call provided to its clients is provided through a team of local Geeks. Each of these local Geeks operates their own business in their community and are committed to building lasting and meaningful working relationship with their clients.
